We encourage you to use our resources to assist in any claims issues, benefit issues, pre-certification troubles, or any other area in which you feel our assistance would be beneficial.  When (and if) any problem does arise, we ask that you make one phone call to the carrier.  Often, one phone call will solve it.  Please document the reference number of the call, the date and time you called, and who you spoke with.  If that one call does not fix the problem, please call our office and we will handle it on your behalf going forward.
