My name is David Contorno and my firm, Contorno & Company, Inc, has recently contracted with Heritage Health and Housing for the administration and implementation of your total employee benefits package.  Please bear in mind, we are your advocates and we work for you, not the carrier.  Please use my office to add or terminate members of your family from the plans, answer benefit questions, assist in claims resolution and more.

You can use this website to easily answer most questions on your respective coverage as well as ask non-urgent questions via email.  You will also find the most commonly used forms, links to search doctors and carrier websites and more.  This site will also keep you up to date as changes occur to your coverage.
